Greystar invites you to join its Summer Internship Program as a Property Accounting Intern. You will gain exposure to full-cycle accounting for a set of properties, review financials, and prepare journal entries.

You will monitor monthly results, support budgeting, and help develop forecasts while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Program runs June 2, 2027 – August 6, 2027 with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance major preferred and graduating between Dec 2026 and May 2027.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with accuracy on financial data.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; strong Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Experience full-cycle accounting tasks for multiple properties.
• Review financial statements and prepare journal entries.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and control procedures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to provide financial insights.
