SUMMARY

Are you passionate about swimming and eager to share your expertise? Join us as a Swim Instructor to provide high-quality instruction, focusing on water safety, stroke development, and aquatic skills. Make a positive impact while doing what you love.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Facilitate swim lessons as provided by Premier Management Staff
• Ensure the safety of all participants
• Set up and break down lesson stations
• Communicate effectively with the supervisor
• Enforce safety rules and measures
• Foster positive relationships with students and team
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility
• Attend quarterly training
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• At least 15.5 years old
• Available 2-3 days a week (3.1 to 5-hour shifts)
• Willing to work as a lifeguard if needed
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, willing to learn
• Can lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours
• Ability to obtain StarGuard Elite Basic Life Support certification
• Pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check

Preferred

• Prior swim instructor/coaching experience
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification
• Availability mornings, weekdays, weekends
• Experience with children and/or individuals with disabilities

COMPENSATION

$18.00-$21.00/hr
