ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Ensure visitor safety by enforcing policies
• Supervise and train pool monitors
• Interact with patrons and ensure satisfaction
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance
• Coordinate with staff and management
• Manage facility setup, inventory, and reports
• Build professional relationships
• Resolve conflicts
• Conduct training and evaluations
• Perform other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• Work at least 3 days a week, including weekends and holidays
• 1 year of management experience
• Lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours
• Reliable transportation and driver's license
• CPR certification (must obtain and maintain)

Preferred

• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong customer service skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation: $18-$21/hr, seasonal, hourly.
