Qualifications

Pursuing or having a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Sophomore standing or higher is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to follow up effectively.
Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

Support coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and trades; document discussions and decisions.
Assist in equipment procurement coordination with purchasing and vendors.
Support RFP processes and site coordination with internal and external teams.
Maintain project drawings, daily correspondence, schedules, and logs.
Assist in information requests, submittals, and client/subcontractor communications.
