Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Sophomore or higher.
• Availability in Summer 2027; part-time availability after Summer preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well organized with strong follow-up ability.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and project resources and document outcomes.
• Coordinate equipment procurement with purchasing and vendors.
• Support the RFP process and work with on-site teams.
• Attend team management meetings and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain drawings, schedules, RFIs and submittals; daily reporting.
• Assist in change orders, RFI creation, and project documentation.
• Publish Operations and Maintenance manuals for the client.
