Qualifications

• Pursuing a major in business with supply chain focus.
• Junior standing with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Available to work 40 hours/week during summer.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team in coordinating with departments, scheduling, and maintaining smooth workflow.
• Evaluate quotes and services to determine desirable suppliers.
• Follow instructions based on established guidelines.
• Maintain and analyze inventory levels and make recommendations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations; generate reports and presentations for decision-making.
• Assist in project planning and labor cost/resource allocation; maintain documentation and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment across departments and resolve issues.
