Job summary

Mount Hermon Association is seeking Summer Staff to support camp programs in Mount Hermon, CA. The role emphasizes safety, ministry leadership, and positive camper experiences during the summer season.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage in a variety of outdoor activities.
• Possess proven leadership experience and skills along with a strong background in ministry and leadership of high school/junior high campers and college staff.

Physical Demands

• The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Requires seeing, hearing, talking, sitting, standing, squatting, stooping, twisting, hiking and lifting of 40 lbs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age due to the requirement for onsite community living.
