Job summary

First Citizens Bank offers a summer internship program designed to develop talent and provide hands-on work experience in a corporate setting. Interns will work with the Enterprise Sourcing team on strategic third-party initiatives and learn through real projects.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the time of the summer program).
Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program.
High school diploma or GED with 1 year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with First Citizens Bank Sourcing Managers in support of strategic third-party needs, including RFPs and contract negotiation support.
Collaborate with sourcing professionals, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to achieve project objectives and deliver value.
Be part of a dynamic team with interesting projects.
Assist with research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, and technology support.
