Qualifications

• Must be a full-time Bachelor (or higher) degree-seeking student at an accredited college or university.
• Available to work 40 hours per week from May 17th–August 6th, 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated interest in the industry and/or specific area of interest.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Willing to travel periodically within the First Merchants footprint.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Consumer Banking internship duties and collaborate with management to understand client needs in daily banking.
• Support Operations, Sales & Service, and Sales Management activities within banking centers.
• Learn and participate in various departmental processes to support project work and business objectives.
