Job summary

Mars Snacking Factory Innovation Internship offers a 10-11 week summer program in Waco, Texas, exposing you to product, process, and packaging development while collaborating with site manufacturing and engineering teams.

You will be mentored daily by a Line Manager, receive training through Mars University, and gain hands-on experience with real business challenges, networking with peers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related engineering discipline.
• Interest in data-driven decisions to improve processes.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to product development, process and packaging.
• Collaborate with site Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
• Support compliance functions including quality and food safety.
• Engage in sensory activities and daily mentoring with a Line Manager.
