Mars Snacking Factory Innovation Internship offers a 10–11-week summer program in Waco, TX, exposing you to product, process and packaging development and cross-functional teamwork. Qualifications

• Pursuing Chemical Engineering or Food Science degree.
• Interest in R&D, product development and consumer products.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Available for the summer internship.

Responsabilités

• Assist in product, process and packaging development.
• Collaborate with site manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Support compliance functions including quality and food safety.
• Engage in sensory activities and data-driven decision making.
• Work with a Line Manager mentor on day-to-day guidance.
