Job summary

Mars Snacking Factory Innovation Internship offers a 10–11-week summer program in Waco, Texas, where interns tackle real business challenges in product, process, and packaging development while collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams.

You'll work with a Line Manager mentor, gain exposure to quality, food safety, sensory, and regulatory affairs, and participate in Mars University training, networking, and professional growth. Mars provides competitive pay and pet-friendly offices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related disciplines.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn with strong drive to deliver results.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product, process and packaging development activities.
• Collaborate with site manufacturing and engineering teams on projects.
• Support compliance, quality and food-safety related tasks as needed.
