Responsibilities

• Assist in service coordination and scheduling of requests.
• Maintain records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Support BuildOps platform and related workflows.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with step-by-step instructions.
• Gather process information from team members to ensure accuracy.
