Job summary

Actalent is offering a 10-week, hourly paid Summer Sales Internship designed for high-energy students eager to gain hands-on experience in business development and client engagement. Interns will split time between Sales & Business Development and Recruiting & Talent Sourcing, with mentorship and shadowing from seasoned teams.

Essential functions include outbound prospecting, lead research, candidate screening, interview coordination, and participation in daily learning sessions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising Senior.
• Sales-oriented mindset or program on campus preferred.
• Prior customer service or campus leadership is a plus.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Support account executives with lead research and target list development.
• Learn to make sales calls and nurture early-stage client relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals and client materials.
• Participate in sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Source and screen candidates and assist in interview coordination.
