Job summary

Actalent offers a 10-week summer sales internship designed to develop hands-on skills in business development and client engagement. Interns gain mentorship through shadowing and coaching, work on lead generation and outreach, and support recruiting lifecycle activities.

Compensation is $20.25/hour with a maximum of 40 hours per week, for 10 weeks. The program emphasizes sales, account outreach, and relationship building within Allegis Group’s networks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising Senior.
• Pursuing a sales degree, major or certification on campus preferred.
• Prior customer service, campus leadership, or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients.
• Support account executives with lead research and target lists.
• Learn to make sales calls and craft outreach messages.
• Assist in preparing proposals and client materials.
• Participate in sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Shadow sales professionals on client calls or visits.
• Track activity metrics and provide weekly progress updates.
