Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites rising seniors to join its Summer Sales Management Trainee Internship, based in Southern Delaware (Dover, Rehoboth, Seaford). You will be paid $18.00 per hour and gain hands-on experience in sales management, customer relations, and fleet operations as you learn to run a business and build leadership skills.

Program starts in late May 2027 with orientation on 5/26/2027 or 6/2/2027 and runs through 8/13/2027, requiring 35–40 hours per week and eligibility to work in

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with graduation by May 2028.
• Willingness to start in orientation in late May/early June 2027 and complete internship by August 2027.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or team activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales management initiatives and learn to manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and building customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives where offered.
