Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating Spring 2027.
Start date: Jan 4, 2027; end: Mar 26, 2027.
Attend mandatory training on Jan 4 and Jan 7, 2027.
Minimum 3 months experience in Customer Service, Leadership, or Sports leadership/competition.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
Commit to 20 hours/week for 12 weeks.
Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in future.
Living in Southern Delaware for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and contribute to marketing strategies.
Build relationships with customers and coworkers while learning sales processes.
