Job summary

Steinhafels is seeking a Summer Sales & Leadership Intern to join our sales team and gain hands-on experience in professional sales while learning how different areas of the business work together.

You will work with customers, receive comprehensive paid training, and participate in leadership development activities. This commission-based role includes an uncapped earning potential and a $15/hour training bonus during the first four pay periods.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and training on them.
• Available to work standard retail hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ask probing questions to understand customer needs.
• Guide customers through the store and direct them to products that meet their needs.
• Clarify differences in products and features.
• Arrange payment and delivery for sales.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
• Follow up with customers by phone or thanks note.
• Use sales techniques while following company procedures.
• Keep customer satisfaction as the top priority.
