Job summary

Steinhafels is seeking a Summer Sales & Leadership Intern to join our in-store team in Wisconsin. You’ll become a trained member of the sales staff, work directly with customers, and gain hands-on experience in consultative selling while learning how different areas of the business work together.

This internship is commission-based with uncapped earning potential. For the first four pay periods you’ll receive a $15/hour training bonus on top of commissions, along with comprehensive paid training

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using and training on computers.
• Available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Asking probing questions to understand the customers’ needs
• Guiding customers through the store and directing them to products, which meet their needs
• Clarifying differences in products
• Arranging payment and delivery for sales
• Accurately completing all necessary paperwork
• Customer follow-up via phone calls and/or thank you note
• Utilizing good sales techniques, while following all company procedures
• Always keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority
