Job summary

Evo is seeking a proactive intern for a summer sales internship, May 7 – August 11, 2027. You will engage homeowners with direct outreach, present options, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle with daily coaching and weekly skills training. No college experience required, relocation assistance provided, and an iPad with tools supplied.

Earn $3,000–$5,000 per month in a hands-on, in-person role with performance incentives and ongoing training from a full-time sales trainer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
