Evo is offering a summer internship in Troy, MI, running May 7 to August 11, 2027. This seasonal program pays $3,000 to $5,000 per month and is conducted in person.

No degree required; you will gain hands-on sales experience across the full cycle with relocation support and onboarding provided. You will receive daily coaching, training, and performance incentives as you learn to open conversations, handle rejection, and close deals with homeowners.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• You do not need to be enrolled in college or be of college age.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle - not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
