Evo is offering a seasonal internship designed to teach practical sales skills beyond the classroom. You’ll start by engaging homeowners in person, presenting plans that fit their needs, and owning the full sales cycle with ongoing coaching throughout the program.

Relocation assistance and equipment are provided, including an iPad and sales tools, with daily coaching from a full-time trainer and team competitions driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle - not just lead-setting or shadowing others’ deals.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
