Job summary

Interns will participate in safety analyses, field safety walks, audits, and incident investigations while gaining real-world experience in a leading electrical construction environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required and current student studying Safety, EHS, or a related major.
• Ability to learn safety concepts and apply them on site.
• Strong written and verbal communication for field teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Job Hazard Analyses with Crew Foreman.
• Evaluate safety programs through daily field observations.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit oversight in projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to leadership on safety improvements.
• Coach and mentor employees on safe behaviors and recognize safe practices.
• Assist with weekly toolbox safety meetings and incident investigations.
