Job summary

Brown & Brown Risk Solutions, the large-account specialty division of Brown & Brown, is seeking rising juniors and seniors for its 2027 Summer Internship Program. Interns are placed within one of our highly specialized practice teams and gain hands-on exposure to how large, complex organizations manage risk.

Interns will support practice teams on client work, learn risk concepts via onboarding and mentorship, and collaborate on a capstone project with a competitive new business pitch.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior studying Summer 2027 with GPA 3.5+ preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about business and risk.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support practice teams on active client work, including research, analysis, and materials preparation.
• Learn foundational risk and insurance concepts through onboarding and mentorship.
• Collaborate on a capstone project culminating in a competitive new business pitch.
• Participate in professional development sessions focused on the industry and career growth.
