Job summary

Brown & Brown Risk Solutions invites rising juniors and seniors to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program in Sandy Springs, GA. Interns are placed within specialized practice teams and gain hands-on exposure to how large, complex organizations manage risk.

You will support client work, learn risk concepts through structured onboarding, and collaborate on a capstone project that culminates in a competitive new business pitch.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior by Summer 2027; majors include Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or General Business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about business and risk.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support practice teams on active client work, including research, analysis, and materials preparation.
• Learn foundational risk and insurance concepts through onboarding and mentorship.
• Collaborate on a capstone project culminating in a competitive new business pitch.
• Participate in professional development sessions focused on the industry and career growth
