Harvest Group in Rogers, AR is offering a Summer 2027 Retail Media Internship to support client campaigns and gain hands-on experience with sponsored advertising across retail networks. You will work with the Retail Media team to help deliver client results in a dynamic agency setting.

Open to undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students, the internship provides hands-on learning, professional development, and a final summer project over the 12-week program in a paid internship.

Responsibilities

• Learn Harvest Group systems and processes to support daily business needs
• Monitor and optimize sponsored advertising campaigns on various retail media networks
• Analyze campaign optimizations and experiments to identify trends and validate effectiveness
• Support Digital Advertising Managers in preparing and delivering campaign results to clients
• Participate in internal team meetings and external client discussions as requested
• Participate in professional development opportunities
• Complete an individual summer internship project to showcase learning from the program
