Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation offers a paid Retail Banking Internship designed to apply finance knowledge in real-world scenarios. Interns will train on Teller duties, shadow platform and leadership teams, and participate in bank-wide events during the summer.

Position provides exposure to multiple business units, including Finance, Marketing, HR, Project Mgmt, and Accounting, with learning objectives focused on practical skills and professional networking.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in an undergraduate program relevant to finance or business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Teller training and assist customers on the Teller Line.
• Shadow Platform staff during lead calling, profiling, and account opening processes.
• Shadow Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside calls.
• Attend Workplace Banking presentations and interdepartmental meetings.
• Interact with Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking teams.
• Engage with Retail leadership and participate in internship trainings.
