Responsibilities

• Participate in Teller training and service customers on the Teller Line
• Participate in Platform training and shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account openings
• Shadow Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside calls
• Attend Workplace Banking presentations and company events
• Interact with other FNB partners including Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking
• Engage with Retail leadership and attend intern trainings
• Complete projects and rotations with appropriate oversight and risk management
