Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a real estate valuation analyst to support diverse clients with appraisal and analytics work. You will engage in data gathering, market research and financial modeling across multiple property types, partnering with various teams to deliver valuation reports and insights.

You'll contribute to client consultations, develop valuation analyses and help produce clear, compliant reports for audit, tax and advisory engagements. A related degree with strong GPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and conduct site inspections to gather data.
• Research industry value drivers and market/property information.
• Perform financial modeling including discounted cash flows.
• Develop all facets of appraisals using cost, sales comparison and income approaches.
• Assist in developing valuation reports and communicate conclusions to clients.
