Plante Moran is seeking a project analyst intern to support our real estate advisory services, including development advisory, investment advisory, and transaction management. You’ll help with feasibility studies, market research, and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance, real estate, real estate development/finance, urban planning or related field.
• Experience with assisting in development or construction projects is preferred.
• Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting development feasibility studies, including pro forma modeling and incentive analysis.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support site selection and economic impact studies.
• Support the preparation of client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and procurement documentation.
• Analyze zoning, entitlement, and permitting requirements to support due diligence and risk mitigation.
