Job summary

Related Commercial Management Companies seeks a Summer Analyst to support the Operations team on data organization and on-going projects. You will work with events and communications to ensure project execution across Hudson Yards, Columbus Circle and 85 Tenth Ave portfolios, reporting to the Director of Operations.

The internship emphasizes hands-on real estate operations, data tasks, and collaboration across multiple teams during a 10-week summer program.

Qualifications

• Undergrad sophomore or junior with target graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2029
• Strong passion for real estate and project management
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience with Excel
• Exhibits strong technical skills and job knowledge
• Strong organization; cross-team collaboration
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with proactive approach
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain data to support cross functional teams
