Related Commercial Management Companies (Related) is seeking a highly motivated Summer Analyst to join the RCMC Operations team in New York. The intern will assist with ongoing projects, data organization, and coordination across events and communications for a 10-week summer internship.

The role involves working with the Hudson Yards campus, Columbus Circle, and 85 Tenth Ave portfolio, reporting to the RCMC Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate sophomore or junior with target graduation between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Strong passion for real estate and project management.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience with Excel.
• Exhibits strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the buildings with on-going projects and data organization. The intern will work with the events team and communications to ensure project execution and emergency audits. This role will be working with the Hudson Yards campus, Columbus Circle and 85 Tenth Ave commercial portfolio, and the summer analyst will report to the RCMC Director of Operations.

• Organize and maintain data to support cross functional teams
• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
• Collaborate with General Managers on various building-related tasks and operations
• Support event programming and onsite coordination to ensure successful execution
• Work alongside the communications team to audit and maintain emergency notification lists

Compensation

Compensation:

• The hourly rate for this position is $25-$30 per hour

Qualifications
