Job summary

Regency Centers in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Real Estate Intern for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on exposure in Leasing, Property Operations, Construction/Development, and Investments, working about 40 hours per week for 8 weeks and shadowing experienced professionals on meaningful projects.

The ideal candidate is a soph/Junior with a 3.0+ GPA, pursuing Real Estate or Business, proficient in Microsoft Office and capable with AI tools, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a student in good standing at an accredited 4-year college or university, currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior
• GPA of at least 3.0 at the time of application
• Interest in commercial real estate with proficiency in MS Office and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Assisting in Leasing tasks like identifying prospective tenants and analyzing deals
• Shadowing Property Managers and supporting Operations tasks
• Assisting with due diligence and underwriting for investments
• Researching market studies and reports and supporting construction/development efforts
