Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with anticipated graduation by May 2028.
• Outstanding undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or higher (minimum).
• Relevant internship/experience preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Researching economic conditions and market trends.
• Developing strategic contact databases and networking efforts.
• Neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research.
• Field research and preparation of marketing materials.
• Completing a Capstone Project leveraging internship learnings.
• Performing other duties to support the Real Estate Capital team.
