Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or higher (minimum).
• Relevant internship/experience preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities.

About The Real Estate Capital Internship Program At this office location, interns will work in the following business segment: Income Property Group (IPG).

• Income Property Group - IPG is a national platform that provides project finance solutions for new development, acquisition/repositioning of existing assets, and the purchase/long-term hold of stable assets to regional and national private real estate owners.

Because our Summer internship Program is a direct pipeline for our full-time Analyst positions, it offers exceptional potential for interns to return upon graduation to start a Real Estate career.

Work assignments may include the following:

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $27 per hour. Compensation also includes a $2,000 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
