Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects (e.g., planning, design, construction).
• Familiarity with mathematics functions (geometry, algebra).
• Computer skills with MS Office; exposure to HCSS and CGC is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, clients, subcontractors, and teams.
• Pursuing a bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager and Superintendent with daily tasks under supervision.
• Assist in coordinating project activities across disciplines.
• Assist with accounting tasks, estimating, and data gathering as needed.
• Prepare and present information clearly in written and verbal form.
