Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Engineering Intern to start a career within a leading construction company. The role supports Project Managers and Supervisors on diverse projects, under mentorship, and offers exposure to engineering, field work, and estimating tasks.

Qualified candidates are pursuing a bachelor's in Construction Management or related fields, with basic knowledge of construction phases and math.

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects and math functions (geometry, algebra).
• Strong communication and ability to present information clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects.
• Work under direct supervision with mentorship.
• Gain experience coordinating project activities and contributing to estimating as requested.
• Support project information distribution and documentation efforts.
