MSI Express is offering a 10-week Summer Production Intern program in Illinois. Schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). Pay is $19.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Currently enrolled in an Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related program.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Operations Support: assist production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Continuous Improvement Projects: support waste reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: collect and analyze data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Standard Work Development: help create/update work instructions and visual management tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams.
