Job summary

Milliken and Company is seeking a Valway Intern in 2027 for a paid full-time summer program at our Valway location in Georgia. The 11–12 week internship provides hands-on project ownership and exposure to cross-functional teams, with emphasis on problem solving and communication.

The role supports the Process Improvement department, requiring a BA/BS candidate, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a drive to learn. Compensation is paid for a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• BA Administration/BS Engineering in progress or completed.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and detail orientation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and key projects within Process Improvement.
• Conduct research, analysis or data review to support decisions.
• Assist in developing reports, presentations or process docs.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains.
• Present project findings and recommendations to leadership.
