Job summary

Milliken & Company is seeking a Pine Mountain Intern to support the Process Improvement team in a full-time, paid internship for 11–12 weeks during Summer 2027 at the Pine Mountain location. The role focuses on hands-on project work and learning core problem-solving and teamwork skills.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct research and data reviews, and help develop reports and process documentation to drive real business impact.

Qualifications

• BA Administration or BS Engineering is required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and key projects within Process Improvement.
• Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions.
• Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation.
