Job summary

Milliken and Company is seeking a Valway intern in the Process Improvement Department for a 11–12 week summer program in 2027. The paid internship runs full-time (40 hours/week) at our Valway location, offering real project ownership and exposure to cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to meaningful projects, develop problem-solving and communication skills, and gain practical business experience in a fast-paced environment. Housing and relocation are not mentioned.

Qualifications

• Candidates with or working toward a BA Administration/BS Engineering.
• Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced Excel skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and key projects within the Process Improvement area
• Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions
• Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
• Present project findings, recommendations, or results
