Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL invites students to join its 2027 Summer Internship in Process Engineering. The program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The internship runs May through August, onsite, with a 40-hour work week and potential housing stipend assistance. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited university and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of the internship pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering, or other related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required
• Must have completed one year of school by the start of the internship

Responsibilities

• Collect and Analyze data to find opportunities for improvement
• Drive and influence continuous improvement activities in collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering departments
• Supervise key operational performance indicators and report results versus the established business goals and objectives.
