Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, is recruiting 2027 Summer Interns within the Process Engineering organization.

The internship provides hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, and networking opportunities. You will work on projects that improve leadership, analytical, and project management skills, including design, development, manufacturing and commercialization of new products or modifications.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the internship pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's in mechanical, materials, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
• Must have completed one year of school by the start of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Collect and Analyze data to find opportunities for improvement
• Drive and influence continuous improvement activities in collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering departments
• Supervise key operational performance indicators and report results versus the established business goals and objectives.
