Infant, Toddler, & Pre-School SUMMER Teachers Needed:
Weinberg Early Learning Center is looking for a creative, energetic, nurturing, dedicated, patient, dependable, and professional teacher who loves working with young children. Candidates must enjoy working with children, possess an ability to be both patient and energetic, and display effective communication skills. Our curriculum is play based and will include daily simulation and age appropriate activities and lessons, baby sign language, infant yoga, music, art, science, motion, and story time. We will also introduce Judaism.
Teachers in Our Infant and Toddler Program
• Hold, rock, sing to, smile at, and explore the world with infants
• Conduct tummy time for or activities to strengthen large gross motor/muscle development
• Lead individual and small group experiences
• Spend time outside to connect with nature
• Provide feeling of security
• Stimulate language development
• Encourage intellectual development
• Provide parents with daily reports
Requirements
• CDA; advanced degrees preferred
• Early childhood education experience, preferably with infants
• Speak, read, and write English fluently
• CPR and 1stAid Certifications (or willingness to obtain these)
• Must be able to adapt to continuously changing, fast-paced environment, and make the children's needs your primary focus
• Must be able to kneel, stoop, squat, and stand for a majority of the day
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Must pass state background check

Camp MiniMac, part of the Weinberg Early Learning Center, is hiring energetic, nurturing, and dependable early childhood teachers to join our summer program, working with children from 3 months to 4 years old.We are a full-time, play-based early learning center rooted in warmth, creativity, and child development. Our curriculum blends discovery, movement, art, music, sensory play, and early Jewish learning to support children’s growth in every area.What You’ll Be Doing:- Playfully engage with children throughout the day—on the floor, outdoors, and during structured and free-choice activities
- Assist with daily transitions, including arrival, snack/meals, naptime, diapering, potty training, and pick-up
- Change diapers, help with toileting, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Redirect challenging behaviors with patience and positive guidance
- Support children's emotional and social development by fostering empathy, cooperation, and independence
- Participate in and lead music, movement, art, and story time
- Provide daily communication with families, sharing highlights and developmental updates
- Maintain a safe, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment
