Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in CCNE- or NLN-accredited Registered Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under RN supervision, including planning, assessment, and documentation.
• Develops nursing care plans by collecting histories and examining patients.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Evaluates care outcomes and adjusts nursing plans as needed.
• Maintains a safe patient care environment and adheres to policies.
• Documents care in patient records.
• Maintains and stocks nursing supplies and equipment.
• Supports nursing staff development through mentorship and training.
