Job summary

Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse mentor, you will apply the nursing process to provide patient care, teach patients and families, document care, and participate in a multidisciplinary team to move health forward.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in CCNE/NLN accredited RN program or equivalent.
• Must be BSN student with 1–2 semesters remaining after Summer 2027.
• Commitment to clinical nursing competencies and professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN supervision, following physician orders and care plans.
• Develop nursing care plans by assessing patients and documenting status.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as needed to meet standards of care.
• Maintain a safe clinical environment and adhere to infection control policies.
