Job summary

Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN, seeks Summer Nurse Interns currently enrolled in BAN/BSN/MSN programs to gain hands-on clinical experience alongside nurse preceptors in a Level I trauma and teaching hospital.

Interns will rotate through Emergency, Surgical Critical Care, Burn, Inpatient Mental Health, Postpartum, Cardiac/Medical Progressive Care, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units. The 10-week program runs 32 hours per week with varied shifts; CPR/BLS certification is required before start,

Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled in a BAN, BSN, or MSN nursing program.
• Not currently licensed as a registered nurse.
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Completed at least one in-person clinical rotation prior to applying.
• Must enroll in a 1-credit Minnesota-based internship course before June 1, 2027.
• Available for full 10-week internship, June 7–August 13, 2027.
• BLS for healthcare providers; CPR certification required before start.
