Essentia Health in Detroit Lakes is seeking a Student Nurse Intern for the Summer 2027 program at St Marys Hospital. You will work under direct supervision, assisting with patient care across ages and units, gaining hands-on experience in routine and technical nursing tasks.

The internship requires enrollment in an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN), completion of junior year or two clinical semesters, 30-36 hours per week, and BCLS certification within one month of hire; it is a temporary

Formación

• Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN).
• Completion of junior year of a Bachelor's Nursing Program or 2 clinical semesters of an Associate Nursing Program, graduating no later than May 2028.
• Enrollment in an approved internship course in the state of employment for the summer.
• Commit to 30-36 hours/week; 32 hours every two weeks with full/part-time class loads.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 1 month of hire; must not expire during internship.
