TEGNA’s Summer News Internship Program is a 10-week paid opportunity running May 31 – August 6, 2027, at select TEGNA stations nationwide. Interns will pitch and research stories, create content for streaming, digital, social, and TV, and work with reporters, producers, anchors, and meteorologists—often in the field.

Top interns may launch full-time careers. The program emphasizes hands-on work, career development, networking, and a paid opportunity with a competitive compensation rate.

Qualifikationen

• Current college juniors or seniors with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Studying journalism, communications, or a related major.
• Experience writing, editing, fact-checking, and using digital/social tools.
• Strong communicator who never misses deadlines.
