Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA, invites a Network Analyst intern to join our IT team for a paid summer role (May–August 2027). You will support data center and network infrastructure, assist with server configurations, cable management, and project work with multiple IT groups.

This hybrid internship reports to the Network Services Manager; eligibility requires pursuing a bachelor’s in IT or CS, sophomore year completed, and CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.
• Understanding of networking concepts, data center operations, and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience in Networking or Firewalls, CCNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Assist with data center operations including server installations and configurations.
• Support telecom infrastructure projects for secure communications.
• Assist with cable management and organization in the data center.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
• Document processes and changes to maintain records.
